Yes! However, we are not responsible for additional charges you may incur from orders shipped outside of the US.
How can I track my order to make sure it will be here on time?
Great question! With every order we will email you a confirmation message that will have an order number. Simply enter this number into our Order Tracking page to get the current location and status of your items.
How do I cancel an order or return an item?
E-mail us at email@example.com, letting us know that you will be returning an item. Then, ship the item with your receipt to 3771 McClintock Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90089, USA. Please include in this shipment your personal information that you used to make the order. Our policy typically is that, for domestic returns, you as the customer will pay for shipping back to us, and we will refund you the cost of shipping along with the cost of the item(s). This is to help streamline the process and avoid having to exchange money for the purpose of refunding items. Sale items are not eligible for return. How do I apply a promotional code to my order?
At the bottom of the first checkout page (“Secure Order Form – Step 1 of 3”), there will be a section labeled “Promotion Code.” Enter your code there, and you will see the change this made to your order reflected on the next page.
